• Documentaries

2.2 Services provided are subject to availability and are described on our website or provided in individual contracts for specific projects.

2.3 We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice.

 

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Client Cooperation: You agree to cooperate with us in providing the necessary materials, information, and access to locations as required for the production process.

3.2 Content Ownership: You must ensure that you have all necessary rights to any content you provide to us for production. You agree not to submit content that violates the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

3.3 Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when engaging our services.

 

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing: All video production services are priced as per the agreement or quote provided before the start of each project.

4.2 Deposits and Invoices: A deposit may be required upon booking the project, with the remainder of the payment due upon completion or as otherwise agreed in the contract.

4.3 Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the individual service contract or invoice. Failure to pay may result in a delay or cessation of the project.

4.4 Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods as outlined in the contract.

 

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Ownership of Content: Upon full payment for services rendered, ownership of the final video content will be transferred to you, the client. However, we retain the right to use the content in our portfolio and for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

5.2 License to Use Materials: If the project includes any licensed content (such as stock footage or music), you are granted a license to use it as part of your final video. You agree not to use such content outside of the agreed scope.

 

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Confidential Information: We respect the confidentiality of your business and project details. Any sensitive information shared during the course of our work together will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of fulfilling our obligations under this Agreement.

 

7. Limitations of Liability

7.1 Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kesh Films is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or materials.

7.2 Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations if such failure is due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, technical issues, or other unforeseen events.

 

8. Termination

8.1 Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice, provided that payment for services rendered up until the point of termination is made.

8.2 If the client terminates the project before completion, the client agrees to compensate Kesh Films for all work completed up to the termination point.

 

9. Website Usage

9.1 Access to Website: You may access and use our website for lawful purposes only.

9.2 Prohibited Conduct: You may not use our website to engage in illegal, abusive, or unauthorized activities, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or infringing upon intellectual property rights.

 

10. Privacy

10.1 Privacy Policy: Your use of our services and website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
